The Partner Nation Cybersecurity Coalition (PNCC) is a group of industry leaders advocating for the reform and modernization of U.S. international cybersecurity assistance programs, including foreign military sales (FMS), foreign military financing (FMF), and civilian grants. The coalition seeks to work with policymakers across the Executive Branch and Congress to ensure the timely delivery of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to allied and partner nations, strengthen U.S. alliances, enhance collective defense capabilities, and foster greater trust in the cybersecurity posture of our partners.
